Commis 2 - Pastry
We are looking for a talented, exciting and inspiring Commis 2 - Pastry to join our Eatwell team based in Dubai UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing a wide variety of gluten-free products such as cakes, desserts, bread etc.
• Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents by preparing quality and consistent pastries for restaurant and bistro.
• Preparation and cooking responsibilities as directed by Pastry Commis 1, Pastry chef and Head chef
• Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor.
• Bringing creativity & innovation to the pastry offerings
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
• Liaise with the team to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, special features and promotions.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
Key Criteria
• Minimum 2 years plus of similar field of pastries, cake making and baking.
• Ideally looking for a candidate who has vast experience in the pastry section.
• A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)
• Knowledge of all F&B standard operating procedures, quality presentation and products.
• Good communication skills
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to assess quality control and adherence to service standards.
Job Package
Monthly Salary (AED 3,200.00/-) + Medical Insurance + Annual Ticket Allowance
