The Pastry Chef assistant will be responsible for managing bakery operations such as preparing and organizing ingredients, baking processes, and ensuring quality control. Must be currently available in Bahrain. 5 years of Experience in baking specialty items, including bread, cakes, and pastries Knowledge of dough-making and pastry techniques Ability to manage bakery operations and supervise baking processes. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality control. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
