Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs - Prepare a variety of baked goods - Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way - Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies. - Ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation of the baking area. - Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. - Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating baked goods. - Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards. - Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers. - Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking. - Create new dessert recipes, and test new flavors Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a bakery chef within the hospitality and catering industry.
