• Take responsibility for the Desserts and Pastry section production
• Supervise the daily operation of the Pastry section
• Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
• Assist in planning and designing the daily menu
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
Job Requirements:
• Has any culinary degree/diploma
• Has minimum one year (1) experience as Chef de Partie - Pastry
• Has a creative and an eye for details
• Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
• Has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English
• Is a self-starter and team player
• Is willing to work shifts
