Key Responsibilities:
1. Cake Finishing & Decoration:
• Expertly pipe, layer, and finish cream cakes with precision and creativity.
• Ensure smooth, consistent, and visually appealing designs, including borders, patterns, and writing.
• Apply various decorative techniques, such as rosettes, ruffles, and customized designs, with speed and accuracy.
2. Cake Preparation & Assembly:
• Assemble and layer cakes with fillings, creams, and syrups as per recipes and customer specifications.
• Handle delicate ingredients with care to maintain the integrity and appearance of finished products.
• Ensure even distribution of cream and a flawless finish on all cakes.
• Contribute to seasonal and promotional product development with innovative designs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• Cream chef / pastry chef: 2 years (Required)
