Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present a wide range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
• Design and update seasonal menus and dessert offerings.
• Oversee daily pastry operations, ensuring quality, freshness, and consistency.
• Train, supervise, and mentor pastry team members.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of pastry ingredients.
• Ensure all pastries meet company and health department standards.
• Experiment with flavors and ingredients to create unique and innovative desserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
