The Role

• Create and execute a seasonal dessert menu that reflects the restaurant's style. o Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality in every item. o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. o Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and a smooth flow during service hours. o Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.

Position Title: Pastry Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation and accommodation Job Location: Al Ain, UAE About the Client: A cozy restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere that offers a wide range of snacks and coffee. Qualifications: o Open to Asian nationals o 35 years old below o Preferably with a degree in culinary or any relevant certifications o Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef (Japanese cuisine) or in a similar role in a restaurant or bakery/coffee shop within UAE o Must have strong knowledge and experience of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating o Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
