A newly established bakery that is focused to produce innovative, and modern bakery goods and products, Looking for a passionate (Pastry Assistant), welling to learn and be inspired to bake under the supervision and instructions of our head Chef Main Responsibilities: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LAMINATION, Assisting the head chef in preparation, baking, and cleaning the kitchen. Possess knowledge of pastry techniques, scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing Manage the production of pastries and bread Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications Monitor holding and storage operations, stocking and food rotation, and guarantee food service sanitation standards are met Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Qualifications High school or equivalent required, formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts preferred Minimum 1-2 years pastry experience in a F&B environment and experience in a similar role preferred Please send your Resume/CV
