As we expand and open new locations, we're looking for a creative, organized, and customer-focused Party Manager to join our team!

Role Overview:

The Party Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, organizing, and executing events and parties at our play center. You'll work closely with families, ensure every event runs smoothly, and create memorable celebrations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and has a passion for creating amazing experiences for kids and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

? Event Planning: Coordinate birthday parties, events, and special occasions, ensuring all client requirements are met.

? Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present party packages, and confirm bookings.

? Team Leadership: Supervise and support party hosts and staff during events, ensuring smooth execution and excellent service.

? Event Execution: Oversee party setup, decorations, activities, and clean-up, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

? Upselling: Offer additional services like themed decorations, catering, or entertainment to enhance the client experience.

? Inventory Management: Monitor and restock party supplies, decorations, and giveaways.

? Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed during events.

? Problem-Solving: Handle any last-minute changes or issues with professionalism and creativity.

Qualifications:

? Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service.

? Highly organized with great attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

? Energetic, friendly, and great with kids and families.

? Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

? Availability to work on weekends, with a scheduled day off on Monday or Tuesday.
