- Ensures customers expectations and performance meets its target standard.
- Possesses a warm and friendly approach to other team members and a positive sharing of workloads, skills and knowledge.
- Knows basic party set up (decoration such as balloon bending)
- Knowledgeable in doing party hosting
- Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the manager.
- Knowledgeable in Face Painting/ slime making
- Knows how to organize and facilitate camps, timings, promotions and prices.
- Knows basic editing for invitations
- Always maintain professionalism and customer focused.
- Provide assistance and support to other departments when needed.
- Follows all company policies and procedures and ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and neat. Must capable of maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
- At least 1 year of experience working as play attendant and entertainer
- Communicates well with customer regarding to themed parties
- Perform routine maintenance and safety of the soft play area
- Knowledgeable in preparation of plans and able to discuss with customers
- Knows and responsible for checking the decorations, face paintings, party host of executions of the event, and assessments.
- knows how to listen on costumer desires and able to help them find the perfect products for the birthday parties they want.
- engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationship with customer
