Experienced Party coordinator/host required for a new kids play area!
• Must have been experience in Party set up/decorations and balloon art.
• Handle guest enquiry regarding packages and convert those enquiries to confirmed orders through effective upselling techniques.
• Responsible for the set up and execution of party bookings
• Responsible to create packages tailored to guest's/customers' requirement with high with apt upselling and business techniques.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of all agreed party requirements as which includes cost, menu, decorations and other services.
• Working with the management, find effective and prompt solutions to any problems which may arise
• Responsible for liaising with vendor and suppliers for all materials and services required for each party booked.
• Responsible for the maintenance of a supply chain and source to ensure that parties can be accommodated at short notice.
• Responsible for post party / event follow up and ensuring that customer feedback forms / reports are completed and shared with the Team Leader and Centre Manager.
• Resolves conflicts and complaints on time and in a professional manner.
• Ensure that receipts, invoices and other documents are submitted to the Accounts Department in a timely manner
• Maintain a Party inventory.
• Exercise effective upselling techniques on all products and services.
• With the support of the Team Leader take an active role in the nurturing and training of Party Hosts
• Ensure that knowledge of all mandated rules and regulations is up to date!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
