Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer service inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer service excellence.
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers for lead generation and follow-up.
• Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking sales performance.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
