Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time faculty member to teach courses in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with a focus on Business and Digital Media Science. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and engage students in these interdisciplinary fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Instruction:
• Deliver engaging and effective classroom and/or online instruction for undergraduate and diploma-level courses in ICT with Business and Digital Media Science.
• Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assessments.
• Student Support:
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams, and provide constructive feedback.
• Curriculum Development:
• Assist in the development and refinement of curriculum and course content to ensure it is current and relevant to industry standards.
• Professional Development:
• Stay abreast of advancements in ICT, business applications, and digital media.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and faculty meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred but not required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in higher education.
• Professional experience in ICT, business, or digital media industries is advantageous.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ICT systems, business processes, and digital media technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to utilize educational technology and online learning platforms.

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
