Responsibilities:

• Deliver Engaging Arabic Language Lessons: Design and deliver interactive and engaging Arabic language lessons tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of students.
• Foster Language Proficiency: Employ effective teaching methodologies to foster language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Arabic.
• Provide Individualized Instruction: Offer personalized instruction and support to students to enhance their understanding and mastery of the Arabic language.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment: Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and take risks in their language learning journey.
• Assess Student Progress: Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments to track their language development.
• Provide Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to students to help them identify areas for improvement and celebrate their achievements.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff members to enhance curriculum development and improve teaching strategies.
• Attend Meetings and Training Sessions: Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and training workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in language education.
• Maintain Classroom Management: Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic language, education, linguistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with students and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language learning goals.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
• Flexibility to work during evening hours and weekends, as needed.
