Increase parts revenue sales opportunities in assigned countries in order to grow revenue
Prepare/present parts quotes for customers
Participate in weekly/monthly meetings, providing the department manager with updates on sales activities of the assigned countries
Analyze the countries assigned, select target accounts and work with management to define a sales forecast & goals
Manage data such as contact information, crane populations, opportunities, campaigns, selling activities, quotes delivered, etc
Provide feedback to the manager to drive changes to the business to align with market expectations (Examples to include competitive pricing data, new parts offerings, etc.)
Individual must cultivate any prospective new customer opportunities
Acquire customer info to build comprehensive database to include population lists, customer contacts, influencers and parts purchasers
Establish a regular visit to customers or job sites to assist them in identifying any arts sales potential
Promote current parts marketing and sales programs to all customer
Maintain monthly visitation reports
Develop strong working relationship with support staff to form a strong support team for customers
Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction
Responsible in parts and inventory stocking plans, as well organizing and managing consignment stock for remote customers
Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior
Requirement:
Engineering diploma in either mechanical and hydraulic preferred or equivalent trade experience and skills maybe considered
Strong coordination skills (between internal departments and external vendors/customers)
At least 5 years of Sales and technical support related working experience
Ability to communicate effectively with customer and personnel at all levels
Experience in SAP or similar admin software an advantage.
Strong team player, service oriented and with effective communication skills
Meticulous and detailed oriented to understand customer needs and parts product for recommendation
