We are seeking a results-oriented Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of our parts department. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory, parts sales and purchasing, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Manage parts inventory, including forecasting, ordering, and stock control.
Ensure parts availability to meet customer demands..
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve parts inquiries.
Track and analyze parts sales data to optimize stock levels.
Manage parts purchasing and negotiate with vendors.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in parts management.
Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and parts management software (a plus).
