We are seeking a results-oriented Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of our parts department. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory, parts sales and purchasing, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage parts inventory, including forecasting, ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure parts availability to meet customer demands..
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve parts inquiries.
- Track and analyze parts sales data to optimize stock levels.
- Manage parts purchasing and negotiate with vendors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in parts management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and parts management software (a plus).
- Customer service focused with a problem-solving mindset.
