Parts Manager Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of our parts department. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory, parts sales and purchasing, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage parts inventory, including forecasting, ordering, and stock control.
• Ensure parts availability to meet customer demands..
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve parts inquiries.
• Track and analyze parts sales data to optimize stock levels.
• Manage parts purchasing and negotiate with vendors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in parts management.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and parts management software (a plus).
• Customer service focused with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
