Job Description

:
  • To be responsible for Dubai WS inquiries and requirement related to Parts Department
  • Coordination with workshop team operation for maintenance and repairing of Machines
  • Record of parts movements that ordered for workshop team for repairing jobs
  • Hand over required spare parts for repairing and maintenance to workshop in charge.
  • Communicate with parts team to keep service team updated with spare parts availability and lead time.
  • Be able to use parts catalog to identify parts number up on service team inquiry.
  • Will be Responsible on all service demands will be created on system (invoicing & Delivery)
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to issue any spare parts will be required for service team.
  • Submit daily parts update report against open jobs to workshop in charge.
  • Submit weekly recommended parts report to inventory controller
