Job Description

To be responsible for Dubai WS inquiries and requirement related to Parts Department
Coordination with workshop team operation for maintenance and repairing of Machines
Record of parts movements that ordered for workshop team for repairing jobs
Hand over required spare parts for repairing and maintenance to workshop in charge.
Communicate with parts team to keep service team updated with spare parts availability and lead time.
Be able to use parts catalog to identify parts number up on service team inquiry.
Will be Responsible on all service demands will be created on system (invoicing & Delivery)
Coordinate with warehouse team to issue any spare parts will be required for service team.
Submit daily parts update report against open jobs to workshop in charge.
Submit weekly recommended parts report to inventory controller
