:Are you an experienced Parts Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Abu Dhabi? Galadari Trucks and Heavy Equipment is seeking an energetic individual to manage all spare parts sales activities and ensure optimal market penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Arabic speakers are a plus!Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all spare parts sales activities to meet corporate goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Forecast sales activities and set performance goals.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, pricing, and discount rates.
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate sales distribution and establish sales territories and quotas.
- Train and assist new employees.
- Analyze sales statistics to develop policies and promote sales.
- Deliver sales presentations and maintain key client relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate competition and market trends.
- Market and sell heavy equipment parts to retail, fleet, and special customers.
- Ensure inventory security and analyze parts requirements.
- Handle credit applications, customer complaints, and price negotiations.
- Proven experience in parts management and sales.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
