To ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for Parts customers by GEELY and AGMC standards and successfully contribute to achieving the Parts Department targets and the organization's vision and mission
• Accurately raising the invoices of customer requirements.
• Communicating customer orders to the Stock controller / Parts Manager by filling out the appropriate forms.
• Establishing a follow-up communication with the customer for parts arrival or delay in delivery.
• Attending telephone inquiries from customers for parts prices and availability.
• Preparing price quotations for corporate/individual customers promptly.
• Maintaining records of all quotations and inquiries for follow-up sale calls.
• Updating Stock controller/ Parts Manager on current stocks and projected sales based on customer inquiries.
• Maintaining a congenial working relationship with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
• Attending departmental meetings to be fully appraised of departmental developments.
• Following the QMA procedures & guidelines.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring corrective action has been taken.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all times before, during & after the sale.
• Drive the department's business through superior customer service and providing updated product information.
• Communicate and meet with customers regularly with regards to promoting GEELY rand.
• Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Support the overall objectives of the department.
• Encourage & maintain a high level of team spirit within the department.
• Liaise with Sales/Service/Used car Sales department
• Should be team orientated, working as a team member assisting and supporting their colleagues and other departments in achieving a shared vision.
• Communicates ideas and plans with clarity and purpose-driven by company values and the Department's vision.
• Seeks, appreciates, assists, and participates significantly in unit-specific projects or cross-departmental ones.
• Share responsibility for achieving customer growth and Departmental targets.
• Maintain the highest levels of GEELY product knowledge & competitive products, personal development& integrity, quality standards, and business ethics.
• Takes the initiative, and suggests and develops plans to explore and create new relations, contacts, and opportunities to improve market penetration into existing and new markets.
Candidate Specifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 year of experience working in the Automotive sector as a parts advisor
• Good sales and communication skills
