As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles. You will also be in charge of maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely delivery of parts.Job Responsibility:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records of parts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues regarding parts
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trendsSkillsCandidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management
