Job Description

To check that the physical stock item matches the invoice / issue voucher requisitioned by workshop or customers to ensure right first time transactions. To conduct all internal customer transactions with the utmost courtesy. To deliver the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times.AccountabilitiesParts1. To understand the Parts Sales Process and implement them in a consistent manner.2. Monitor the quality of the goods ensure that they are in good condition and suitable for use inform Parts Supervisor of any quality problems.3. Keep all parts catalogues, manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s lists etc, updated and tidy.Stock Control4. Ensure that all paperwork, documentation and requisitions are filled correctly to allow for easy retrieval.5. Check that the physical stock item matches the invoice / issue voucher requisitioned by workshop or customers, delivering right first time transactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.6. Monitor goods outward traffic completing the appropriate stock control forms, ensuring that there is no unauthorised withdrawal of stock.Operational7. Maintain safe working standards and abide by working rules and standards.8. Complete regular counter tidying tasks, to ensure that all counter areas are clean and stock is kept organised and easy to retrieve.9. Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.Personal Development10. Maintain and develop own skills and technical knowledge through a development plan agreed with the line manager.11.
