JOB TITLE
Partnership Specialist - Prepaid | MAF Future Solutions | Business DevelopmentROLE SUMMARY
The Partnership Specialist will support the Manager in driving business growth by assisting in the development and management of strategic B2B sales distribution partnerships across multiple regions. This role involves identifying and onboarding new partners, maintaining and optimizing existing relationships, and executing innovative strategies to achieve sales targets. The Specialist will also lead joint marketing campaigns and ensure brand visibility across partner platforms.ROLE PROFILE
  • 1. Strategic Channel Development & Regional Expansion: Identify and pursue new strategic B2B sales distribution partnership opportunities across the region, prioritizing scalability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the development of a strong pipeline of potential partners, assist in negotiation processes for onboarding, and contribute to overseeing partner integration efforts.
  • 2. Partner Account Management & Growth:Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B sales distribution partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, assess performance metrics, and provide strategic guidance to partners.
  • 3. Marketing, Campaigns, and Brand Visibility; Plan and allocate the marketing budget to boost sales and enhance partner performance.
  • Design and execute joint marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, and different initiatives to maximize partner sales.
  • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting :Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, product, tech, and finance teams, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Align multi-functional teams efforts to resolve partner operational issues and integrate feedback into strategic initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline .
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in related fields (business development, partnership, account management, or program management, preferably in a multi-regional setting)
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
  • Proven experience in managing partnerships with online businesses, loyalty programs, and retail channels, driving mutual growth and alignment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in launching and optimizing marketing campaigns through third-party platforms while adhering to branding and merchandising guidelines.
  • Familiarity with the gift card industry or similar sectors, with experience in selling B2B products or services.
