About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated

Partnership Manager

to join our Dubai-based team. This role is pivotal in expanding our partnerships within the MENA region, focusing on

Introducing Brokers (IBs), CPA partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Call Centers

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership acquisition, relationship management, and business development, with a proven track record of

onboarding partners and successfully transferring their portfolio

to a new broker.

The

Partnership Manager

will play a critical role in

developing and executing tailored partnership strategies

, ensuring that our network of partners thrives under Vantage Markets. As part of this role, you will work closely with a dynamic team in our

Burj Khalifa office

, offering a prestigious and world-class working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage

IBs, CPA affiliates, KOLs, and Call Centers

with a focus on scaling the business. Leverage an existing

book of partners

to drive business growth and expand the Vantage Markets brand in the region. Develop and implement

customized solutions

for partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support to optimize their business. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the

partner experience

, including marketing, compliance, and operations. Monitor partner performance and provide insights to enhance productivity and revenue generation. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine partnership strategies.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a partnership management role within the financial trading industry. At least

3 years of experience

in financial sales, with a strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, and multi-asset trading.

Proven ability to onboard IBs, CPA partners, KOLs, and Call Centers

, with a track record of successfully moving existing partners. A well-established

network of partners

that can be leveraged to generate immediate business impact. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Compensation

Basic salary is negotiable
