This position requires a blend of creativity, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming landscape.Key responsibilities and accountabilities- Identify, negotiate, and manage content partnerships with external publishers, influencers, platforms, and other gaming content creators to expand our game reach and enhance our content offerings. - Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our business goals, including content licensing, co-marketing campaigns, syndication agreements, and integration opportunities. - Collaborate closely with internal game publishing and LiveOps teams, marketing team, and other stakeholders to create compelling content partnerships that drive player engagement and brand visibility. - Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and agreements while ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives and legal requirements. - Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement in content distribution and player acquisition.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging gaming platforms to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual success. - Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership activities and performance to senior management. - Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts for senior management.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, digital technologies or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven work experience of not less than 8 years in content partnerships, business development, or related roles within the gaming or entertainment industry. - Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management and partnership agreements. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnership initiatives that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. - Deep understanding of gaming content trends, digital media platforms, and player engagement metrics. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. - Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and digital media trends. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Unfortunately, due to the high number of responses we receive we are unable to provide feedback to all applicants.
