The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a deep understanding of advertising strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Develop and nurture relationships with advertising partners, including agencies, media outlets, and technology platforms.
Collaborate with partners to develop integrated advertising campaigns that align with mutual business objectives and target audience demographics.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of joint advertising initiatives to maximize partner satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates regularly to stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Oversee creative development, ensuring all deliverables align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
Conduct quality assurance checks on all deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, creative, planning) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with partner expectations.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to partners on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to partners.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing structures with partners to optimize campaign budgets and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to support partner relationships and campaigns.
Evaluate partnership opportunities and make strategic recommendations for new partnerships or expansion of existing relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (not less than 10 years) in partner management, advertising, or digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully managing partner relationships and delivering integrated campaigns.
Strong understanding of advertising principles, digital marketing trends, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and drive results in a dynamic and competitive market.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM systems, project management software).
Previous experience in negotiating contracts and managing budgets is a plus.
