Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as Partner Marketing Manager at Synergy University, Dubai. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies with the university's partners to drive brand awareness, leads generation, student enrollment, and collaborative opportunities with multiple social media channels, website brands, YouTube pages etc. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of partnership development, branding and management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development
• Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies aligned with the university's goals.
• Develop partnership programs and levels
• Identify key partners and potential collaboration opportunities to expand the university's reach and influence.
2.Partner Relations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners.
• Ability to establish contact and manage branding strategies with multiple online and social media pages, websites etc.,
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits.
3. Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and manage joint marketing campaigns with partners, including digital marketing, events, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
4.Content Creation and Distribution
• Develop marketing materials and content tailored to different partners and audiences.
• Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging across all partner channels.
5.Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Effective tracking of leads generated and sales conversion ratio from various platforms.
6.Market Research
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Stay updated on industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
7.Budget Management
• Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Track and report on budget expenditures and financial performance.
8.Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, partner relations, school outreach and student services to align marketing efforts.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a partner or channel marketing role. Experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Deep knowledge about collaborating and managing university branding with multiple social media channels and websites.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
