Job Description

:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager to join our Marketplace and Integrations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, executing, and ensuring the successful onboarding and integration of partners into the dailypoint marketplace. This role is pivotal in maintaining our position as the fastest, most agile, and most sophisticated CRM/CDP solution in the hotel industry.

Fulltime, at least 32 hours per week, 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week from home. (available to our CET time zone)

Key Responsibilities:

- Create Marketplace Applications and Partner Registrations: Develop and manage applications and registrations for new marketplace partners.

- Handle Onboarding Process: Oversee the entire onboarding process for partners, ensuring all relevant tools (Jira, Marketplace, etc.) are updated accordingly.

- Documentation and NDAs: Provide necessary documentation, non-disclosure agreements, and critical information related to the marketplace and vendors.

- Vendor Information Management: Add and maintain vendor information in the Master Database (MDB), ensuring contact details are preserved and sanitized.

- Integration Requests Management: Log and prioritize new integration requests, ensuring all dailypoint tools are updated with relevant information.

- Continuous Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to facilitate smooth partner integrations.

- Monthly and Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on the status of all vendor requests.

- Internal Point of Contact: Serve as the internal single point of contact for any queries related to the marketplace.

- Contract Management: Follow up on contract information and deadlines to ensure compliance and timely updates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in partner management or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and partner integrations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using tools such as Jira and other project management software.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
