Job Title Partner Account Manager, G&LPartner Account Manager, G&L: Responsible for total sales results (of all Lines of Business) and (Customer Services) services assigned to the Channel Partner in the assigned territory.Your role:Responsible for defining and effectively executing the Philips-Partner Strategy to sustainably grow the business. This includes, as main point of Partner contact, the creation and execution of a joint business plan and capability development of Partner to drive and achieve set (yearly) targets.In addition, a Partner Account Manager understands the optimized Go to Market set-up in the assigned territory and will drive it accordingly (in alignment with Regional Management Strategy).Depending on the size and complexity of the business, a Partner Account Manager can manage one or more Partners.You're the right fit if:Degree level education or equivalentExperience in sales or account management/channel management in medical devices is a must,Experience in dealing with Distributors or DealersExperience of working within and preferably leading a cross functional teamFluent in English verbal and written is a must haveInternational business experienceCultural awarenessAvailability to travelAbout Philips We are a health technology company.
