Fast-growing F&B retail in Dubai (The Greens and Downtown) looking for a motivated part-time Food Order Picker for its new Dark Kitchen opening in Downtown. Maison MORAND Paris needs an experienced food handler, motivated and proactive to handle the operations in a kitchen.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and prepare online platforms' orders;
• Learn and understand the products;
• Understand stock management and products handling;
• Respect the daily tasks and ensure a smooth order preparation process ;
• Clear the deliveries and display the merchandise;
• (Re)create platters and cut-to-order cheeses;
• Keep the preparation area clean and follow Food Safety instructions;
• Eye for detail and able to replicate perfectly our FnB offerings.

Requirements:

• F&B retail management experience
• Familiar with online delivery devices (Deliveroo, Careem, ...)
• Basic Food Safety certificate
• HORECA Experience
• Cooking and presentation skills
• Computer literate
• Polite & Well Organized
• Well organized and able to multi task
• Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities
• UAE Driving licence is preferred.

Job Types: Part-Time, Not permanent

Salary: Between 100aed - 120aed per day based on experience. To be paid end of the month based on contract.

• UAE Driving Licence (Optional but preferred)
• Food Safety Training and/or Person-in-charge "PIC"

Pay: AED100.00 - AED125.00 per day
