Position: Part-Time Corporate Trainer - SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration (HR861)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing training programs to support our organization's use of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires a deep understanding of the LMS, excellent training skills, and the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration, including instructional materials, user guides, and e-learning content.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees and administrators, both in-person and virtually.
Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.
Customization: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of different departments and user groups.
Support and Mentoring: Provide ongoing support and mentoring to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the LMS.
Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Implement improvements based on feedback.
LMS Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration and incorporate them into training programs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar role, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration.
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System and its functionalities.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in creating and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
Experience with e-learning development tools and platforms.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Experience in a part-time or flexible working arrangement.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the organization and the availability of the candidate.
