AG Resources is looking for Finance Manager for our reputable client. Location: Dubai The major areas of responsibility include:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and executives to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Track budget performance against actuals, investigate discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to optimize expenses without compromising on quality or productivity.
- Implement cost-control measures and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Oversee cash flow projections and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements.
- Develop strategies to enhance cash flow efficiency and minimize working capital needs. Knowledge,
- CA Qualified is a must.
- 5+ years post qualification experience in same filed is mandatory.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, organization.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial information.
