- Recruiting right people for right roles at right time. Finding the right profiles is the foundation for operational success.
- Trainingduty managers together with a person pointed for country level training.
- Trainingcrew members together with duty manager.
- Managing operations based on business goals and targets.Budgetingtogether with general manager. Reporting.
- Understanding numbers and contribution margin is a must. Efficient deployment of resources, shift planningand rostering.
- Acceptinghours for payroll. Handling purchases.
