Only UAE nationals based in Dubai are eligible to applyThe Paralegal will report to the General Counsel and work closely with the legal team to provide legal support in corporate governance, compliance, and contracts. Responsibilities include legal research, document drafting and review, maintaining corporate records, and supporting legal initiatives within the Dubai regional office.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support in corporate governance and compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain and update corporate records and legal files.
- Assist in preparing legal reports and presentations.
- Support the legal team in various legal initiatives and projects.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- UAE citizens with family book
- Bachelor\'s degree in law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a corporate legal department or law firm is a plus.
- Good knowledge of legal English terminology and concepts.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and legal principles.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills in Arabic.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
