\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure the fast-food chain\'s operations in the UAE comply with all local, federal, and international laws and regulations.
\xef\x82\xa7 Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder relations, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage and oversee any legal disputes and conflicts, including employment-related issues, regulatory matters, or contractual disputes.
\xef\x82\xa7 Identify legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them - offer legal guidance on business strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
