About us:

MESA Management Consultancy is looking for a highly motivated paralegal to join our team and manage our company incorporations department.

MESA is a professional service provider firm based in Dubai specialising in, incorporation of offshore companies, free zone and onshore establishments.

Key Responsibilities

Company Incorporation and Corporate Services:

Manage company formation processes for Free Zone and Mainland entities. Prepare legal documentation, including MOA, AOA, Board Resolutions, and Shareholder Agreements. Manage license renewals, amendments, and regulatory compliance. Oversee employee visa processing for various Free Zones and Mainland entities. Bank account opening assistance.

Legal and Other Support:

Assist the legal team with legal research, drafting, and document preparation. Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Liaise with government authorities, Free Zones, and regulatory bodies for approvals and documentation. Manage client communication and ensure efficient matter management. Coordinate with external stakeholders for regulatory filings and approvals. Involvement in business development and marketing. Providing support to the managing partner.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A law degree from an accredited institution. 2+ years PQE in a reputable law firm. Prior experience in corporate law or company incorporations. Familiarity with UAE Free Zone and Mainland regulations. Ideally JAFZA and Dubai South. The ability to network and bring in clients. Fluency in English, spoken and written. Other languages will be considered an advantage. Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills. The ability to work under pressure and be able to work both independently and in a team.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
