Our client, a civil construction and investment division seeks to hire a paralegal assistant for Dubai location. Potential incumbents must fulfil the below KRA\'s to be eligible for the role.Scope
Organize and maintain legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
Promptly following-up Dubai and Abu Dhabi courts system for the company, report regularly to the legal counsel.
Assist in the drafting, proofreading, and editing of legal documents.
Coordinate and liaise with external law firms.
Manage and update the company\'s legal databases and records.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
Ensure efficient office operations by ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and handling basic administrative tasks.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for CFO and legal team members.
Assist in planning and executing company events or functions.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive legal and executive matters.
Ensure all legal documents and communications comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requisites & skill sets
Bachelor\'s degree
Proven experience of 3-4 years as a paralegal or legal assistant
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
Proficiency in legal research and document management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and a high level of professionalism.
Candidate should be locally available in UAE for face to face interview.
