- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including confidentiality agreements (NDAs), contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs), for review by legal counsel.
- Support company secretarial tasks, such as coordinating shareholder and board meetings, preparing notices and minutes, and ensuring compliance with ADX and ADGM filing requirements.
- Manage group-wide registrations, licenses, and annual filing obligations.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles to provide accurate and timely insights.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal counsel.
- Oversee the intellectual property (IP) portfolio and assist with IP registrations and related processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a UAE-listed organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
