We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wooden Pallet Builder and Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing new wooden pallets as well as repairing and refurbishing broken or damaged pallets to ensure they meet quality standards and operational requirements. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wooden Pallet Builder and Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing new wooden pallets as well as repairing and refurbishing broken or damaged pallets to ensure they meet quality standards and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Constructing new wooden pallets according to specified dimensions and requirements.
- Inspecting and assessing damaged or broken wooden pallets to determine the extent of repairs needed.
- Performing repairs on wooden pallets using appropriate tools and techniques, including replacing broken boards, reattaching loose components, and reinforcing weak areas.
- Ensuring repaired pallets meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
- Proven experience in building and repairing wooden pallets, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in pallet construction and repair.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions and specifications.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work authorization in the UAE.
