The person holding this position ensures that the team has the necessary training, skills, support, and resources to do their job to the highest level.QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION / LICENSES
- Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or Psychology
- Certification from a recognised Butler School highly regarded.
- UAE or International Driverxe2x80x99s License
- 5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience working as a manager in a 5* establishment
- Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Exceptional people skills
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Leadership capabilities xe2x80x93 able to motivate, lead and upskill a team.
- Willing to go above and beyond.
- In depth knowledge of managing a luxury property
- Advanced knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping, including sanitation and hygiene
- Exceptionally well-groomed with excellent social etiquette
- Discrete and of good moral judgement
- Able to function at optimum level under pressure.
- Capable of effective time management through skillful prioritization
- Advanced MS office skills xe2x80x93 word, excel, outlook, ppt.
