Introduction:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Arabic and International cuisine, demonstrating proficiency in creating delicious, high-quality meals for our household. This role requires a dedicated individual who can manage kitchen operations efficiently, maintain cleanliness, and accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from Arabic and international cuisines, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Plan and organize meal preparations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, catering to diverse dietary preferences.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock of ingredients.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are strictly followed, including proper food handling and sanitation.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff and provide guidance to junior chefs or kitchen assistants.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef with a strong background in Arabic and international cuisine.
• Indian nationality.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for a trial.
• Excellent culinary skills, creativity, and a passion for food.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation.
