We are seeking an experienced Pakistani Tandoor Chef who specializes in traditional tandoori breads, including naan, kulcha, roti, paratha, and other tandoor-baked items. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in operating tandoor ovens and ensuring the highest quality and consistency in freshly baked bread.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook various tandoori breads such as naan, kulcha, tandoori roti, sheermal, taftan, and parathas.

Operate and maintain clay tandoor ovens efficiently.

Ensure quality, texture, and consistency of all tandoor items.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.

Monitor inventory and ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to fulfill orders efficiently.

Manage cooking times and temperatures for perfect results.

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations as per UAE standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef in a Pakistani/Indian restaurant.

Expertise in making various tandoori breads and baked items.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of tandoor maintenance and handling.

Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
