Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook large portions of traditional Pakistani dishes such as daal, rice, meat curries, roti, and other daily meals.
• Ensure meals are nutritious, balanced, and prepared to meet the needs of the workers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining area.
• Handle food storage, including proper organization and preservation of ingredients.
• Follow a daily or weekly menu plan, ensuring variety and quality in meals.
• Serve food efficiently during mealtime, ensuring all workers are provided with their meals on time.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
