Project Management

: Oversee multiple painting projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Surface Preparation

: Ensure that surfaces to be painted are properly prepared, including cleaning, sanding, priming, and filling as required.

Painting

: Apply paints, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.

Quality Control

: Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality, ensuring it meets project specifications and customer requirements.

Material Management

: Ensure that the team has the proper materials and equipment for each project, and manage inventory to avoid delays.

Safety Compliance

: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the safe use of tools, equipment, and chemicals, following all OSHA and company guidelines.

Training and Development

: Train new painters and provide ongoing development for the team to improve skills and efficiency.
