Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of painters, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Assign work tasks to the painting team, providing guidance and oversight.
• Ensure the team adheres to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular inspections of painting works to ensure compliance with the required quality standards.
• Provide recommendations for improvement and resolve any issues related to paint application.
• Material Management:
• Manage the procurement and allocation of painting materials, ensuring the right quantity and quality of paints, primers, and tools are available.
• Monitor material consumption and ensure no wastage.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate painting schedules with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption.
• Oversee the proper setup and cleanup of work areas.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects and report on progress to senior management.
• Technical Expertise:
• Apply knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials to achieve desired finishes.
• Troubleshoot any technical problems that may arise during painting projects.
• Stay updated on new painting products, techniques, and technologies.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to painting works.
• Train workers on safe handling of paints, chemicals, and equipment.
• Promote safe working practices to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Client Relations:
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the painting work.
• Address any client concerns or complaints related to painting quality or progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on painting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in different painting techniques (e.g., spray painting, brushing, rolling), and knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and coating methods.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on high-quality finishes and thorough inspection of completed work.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting materials.
