Job Description
Job Title: Painter and DecoratorLocation: DubaiResponsibilities:
- Perform painting duties including preparing surfaces, applying coats of paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces.
- Repair and prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting by filling cracks, holes, and joints, and sanding surfaces as necessary.
- Select and mix paints, stains, and other finishing materials to achieve desired colors and textures, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Install and remove wallpaper, as well as apply decorative finishes such as stenciling or faux painting, according to client preferences.
- Safely operate and maintain painting equipment and tools, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and scaffolding, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Being able to work with giproc.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and techniques related to painting and decorating, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and disposal of painting materials and equipment.
- . Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and implementing safe work practices on job sites.
