Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior painting, a keen eye for color and design, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' environments and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Mix paints and finishes to achieve desired colors and textures.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe worksite.
• Assist with the selection of materials and tools required for projects.
• Complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to interpret design specifications and work from blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
