Painter
Job Description
As a Painter at SANY Group, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings to our heavy equipment. Your work will enhance the aesthetics, durability, and corrosion resistance of our machinery. Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces (metal, plastic, or composite) for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primers. Remove rust, old paint, and imperfections. Paint Application: Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers. Ensure even coverage, smooth finishes, and consistent color. Follow paint mixing ratios and application guidelines. Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for defects, such as runs, sags, or orange peel. Correct any imperfections promptly. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate PPE. Dispose of hazardous materials properly. Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members to meet production schedules. Communicate effectively with supervisors and engineers. Qualifications: Previous experience as an industrial painter, preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing. Knowledge of paint types, application methods, and surface preparation. Attention to detail and color accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
