Painter
Job Description
We are looking for Painter to work with Alzaynai Properties Duties & Responsibilities: Paints walls, equipment, buildings and other structural surfaces using brushes, rollers and spray guns, Remove old paint to prepare surface prior to painting. Cleans, sands, scrapes surface in preparation for painting. Repairs surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing. Erects scaffolding, movable and immovable staging and various rigging to gain access to difficult areas; moves furniture and equipment as necessary. Mix colors and match paint.
