Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Prepare joinery surfaces for painting by conducting tasks such as sanding, filling, and ensuring a smooth, even base for optimal paint application. Color Matching: Skillfully mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shades, maintaining consistency across different joinery projects. Paint Application: Apply paint or various finishes to joinery products using techniques such as brushing, spraying, or dipping, adapting to the specific requirements of each project. Finish Enhancement: Employ techniques like distressing, antiquing, or glazing to add distinctive character and texture to finished joinery pieces. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed joinery items to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards, addressing any imperfections or inconsistencies. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Requirements: Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Joinery Painter or in a similar role within the joinery and woodworking industry. Detail-Oriented: Possess meticulous attention to detail to achieve high-quality finishes on joinery products.
